An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Paraplanner to join our busy team in the Ulverston office.

Location: Ulverston, Cumbria

Salary: Up to £26k depending on experience, to include study support.

The Role

You will learn how to prepare suitability reports and other advice related documentation compliantly, with quality of documentation maintained to a high standard.

You will support the advice team with preparation for meetings.

You will assist with processing investment transactions and documentation in accordance with agreed service and quality standards.

You will maintain client information using relevant IT systems.

You will handle queries from clients, providing a friendly, professional point of contact.

Full training will be given.  There is scope for progression and study support is offered up to Chartered level.

The Person

We are looking for an individual who is motivated and wanting to train within the financial services industry.  Some experience within Financial Services would be preferable.

Must have at least Grade C in GCSE Maths and English. May even be a Graduate. 

Strong communicator and organiser with the ability to prioritise and a positive attitude.

The ability to work as part of a team and independently, managing your own workload, and tasks.

Keen to learn and develop, with an eye for detail and good grammar. You will need to be I.T. literate.
