Job Title: Trainee Client Account Manager
Location: Tattenhall, Cheshire
Starting Salary: Up to £26k depending on experience, to include study support.

The Role
- Client Account Manager
- To provide a consistently high standard of administrative support to the team.
- Contribute to the achievement of all key objectives.
- Processing & diarising Letters of Authority
- Create illustrations as required
- Process SJP new business ‘EBS’ applications
- Liaise with ceding schemes to obtain information, in accordance with the advised process
- Checking of information in line with SJP specified criteria
- Send weekly emails to advisers with a summary of case updates, including timescales
- Liaise with the SJP admin centre & build rapport with key contacts
- Ensure ALL compliance documents (including ID) are evident and recorded. Chase and obtain if not
- Create, complete and submit advice sets for new money business & protection applications
- Own the end to end process of all admin functions, including Fund Switches, Withdrawals, Amendments to plans etc through to confirmation and CRM update
- Monitor pipeline and identify/anticipate areas of potential problem and raise awareness. Liaise with the admin centre until business is issued
- Upload Investment Certificates to the relevant advice sets
- Update CFR post investments
- Maintain CRM system in line with practice procedure & record appropriately
- To create, monitor and maintain practice task management system
- To apply high level organisational skills in prioritising and co-ordinating work- load activities & maintain accurate records of archiving and filing
- To deliver the highest standard of client care both internally and externally
- To deliver the highest standard of support to the Adviser Team
